Our goal is to create an exceptional ecommerce experience.  We offer competitive shipping rates, free shipping on certain orders, and quick delivery times.
Our primary delivery method is through the USPS.  The majority of our orders will be delivered within 2-4 business days for in-stock items.
Orders placed on a weekend, holiday, or after 4pm, will typically ship the next business day.
We do not ship prescription items.  We ship non-prescription orders to all 48 contiguous U.S. States. 
We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, American Samoa, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, or to any P.O. Boxes. 
We do not ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses.  We currently are not shipping internationally.

Patient Insurance

Any products purchased from www.shopmissionhealth.org are intended to be paid for by the customer before product is received. The Mission Health eCommerce team will NOT attempt to file insurance on behalf of the customer for any product purchased from www.shopmissionhealth.org.  This eCommerce store is intended to be used as a point of purchase store. Mission Health eCommerce will NOT order or ship any prescription orders.

Women's Health Classes

Enroll online by selecting the class you would like to participate in, fill out the registration form (if required), add it to your cart and follow the checkout instructions. Payment is due at the time of enrollment to reserve a spot in the class. We accept PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover cards as payment options. If you are enrolled in Medicaid, unable to register online or need financial assistance, please call 828-213-6241 between 8:00 am and 5:30 pm Monday-Friday to register.
Customer Service Phone: Mission Health reserves the right to cancel class due to low enrollment, inclement weather or instructor unavailability. A full refund will be provided in these instances.

If a student cancels 10 business days or more in advance of program, a full refund will be provided. No refund is provided in cases where participation is cancelled with less than 10 business days’ notice.
No partial refunds are available in the event of missed classes.
To request a refund for a class, please contact us using the e-mail address on your receipt.

Additional information

1. How do I track my order?

With the exception of special order items, all customers will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes a tracking or delivery confirmation number. To track an order after it has been shipped, click on the "Order Lookup" icon at bottom (footer) of the homepage on www.shopmissionhealth.org. Then enter the required information and click “continue”.

2. What forms of payment does Mission Health – eCommerce accept?

Mission Health www.shopmissionhealth.org utilizes authorize.net as their payment gateway service provider allowing us to accept credit cards through www.shopmissionhealth.org.

www.shopmissionhealth.org will charge for the processed in-stock item(s), plus the entire amount of shipping costs, and standard sales tax (7%). Payment for any backordered items will be charged upon delivery. You will not be billed any additional shipping fees for backordered items.

 www.shopmissionhealth.org accepts all major credit cards, paypal, Mission Health System department charges. Mission Health current employee's can utilize Payroll Deduction as a payment option.

  • Payroll Deduction thru www.shopmissionhealth.org is only accepted as a consented form of payment if the Mission Health employee has successfully completed the 90-day introductory period  and the employee does not have an emergency loan balance.
  • Payroll Deduction Maximums:
      • $700.00 for full-time & part-time
      • $350.00 for PRN
  • After choosing Payroll Deduct as the payment option from www.shopmissionhealth.org, upon clicking "place order" at checkout, you authorize the Payroll Department to deduct from your pay for all of the items ordered in your cart.  By selecting "Payroll Deduct" as your form of payment and clicking "place order", you acknowledge that this is a non-refundable payroll deduction; that all returns and exchanges must be handled with the seller of the goods or services; that, in the event of resignation/termination of your employment, the balance still remaining from this payroll deduction will be subtracted from your final pay; and that, you agree to the order total being deducted based on the Payment Table listed below.

3. Does www.shopmissionhealth.org charge sales tax?

www.shopmissionhealth.org is required to charge sales tax on merchandise and shipping charges.  The amount of sales tax charged is based on the current local tax rate of 7% (As of October, 2014). Sales tax will be refunded for returned items.

State and local sales tax rates are subject to change at any time.

4. How do I use a promo or coupon code?

In the "shopping cart" section of the Checkout page, enter your offer code in the "Promo Code" box and click "Apply" to update your order subtotal. Limit one promo or coupon code per order.

If you order an item that is currently out of stock, we will notify you by e-mail that the product is backordered and let you know when it is expected. In many cases it will drop-ship directly from the manufacturer to you.  We will often give you the option of replacing the item with a different one (i.e. a different color).

If you have ordered multiple items, in-stock items will be shipped immediately via your requested shipping method, so as not to delay your entire order. Backordered items will be shipped at our cost at no extra charge to you.

Note: If you are using e-mail filters and/or blockers, be sure to add www.shopmissionhealth.org to the safe sender list in your address book to ensure that you receive our notifications and updates.

5. How can I cancel or change my order?

If you need to cancel or change an order, please email eCommerce@msj.org as soon as possible with your request.  We try diligently to fulfill your order as quickly as possible. We may not be able to cancel or modify your order before it is processed. Cancellation or change of an order usually involves return of merchandise or additional shipments. 6. Is shopping at www.shopmissionhealth.org secure?

You can feel completely secure when ordering from www.shopmissionhealth.org.  All online transactions are handled with an industry-standard technology called Secure Sockets Layer (SSL), which encrypts (or encodes) sensitive information before it is sent over the Internet.

  

Returns and Exchanges

1. What is www.shopmissionhealth.org return policy?

If you are not completely satisfied with any merchandise you have ordered, you may return it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange, no questions asked.
Laundered garments and footwear showing visible wear are not returnable unless they are defective.
All items must be in their original condition with their original packaging, instruction manuals, warranties, and tags.
Original shipping/processing charges are not refundable. We will, however, exchange items with no additional shipping/processing charges.

2. What if my item is defective, broken or needs repair?

www.shopmissionhealth.org partners with manufacturers who stand by their products. However, a product can have a defect that was undetected by the manufacturer. If a product you've purchased from www.shopmissionhealth.org has a manufacturing defect, please contact us at eCommerce@msj.org.

3. How do I return an item?

Please copy your shipping confirmation and packing slip and enclose it with the item(s) you are returning.

All items returned must be in their original condition with their original packaging, instruction manuals, warranties, and tags. Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.

If an item was ordered as a set, it must be returned as a set.

Laundered garments and footwear showing visible wear are not returnable unless they are defective.

All shipping/processing charges on returned packages must be prepaid. You will be credited for shipping if the product was damaged or defective, or if the wrong item was shipped. Please include the postal receipt in your return package.

Please allow 14 business days to process your return.
